Ingredients
Turkey steaks
1 red chilli
2cm ginger
1 garlic clove
2 spring onions
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pack bean sprouts
1 pack green beans
1 red pepper
Method
1. Leave the turkey steaks in the
packet and add in finely chopped chilli, ginger, garlic, spring onions and soy
sauce and leave to marinade for as long as possible.
2. Once marinade heat a dry pan up
until slightly smoking then add turkey steaks.
Turn heat down and cook for a few minutes on each side, try not to move
about or prod too much so that you get nice crispy edges.
3. Once cooked place on the side and
add bean spouts, green beans and sliced pepper into the pan and pour over any
left over marinade juices too. Warm veg through but I don’t usually cook for
long as I like it crunchy.
