Ingredients
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup flaked almonds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp acai berry powder
2 tbsp protein powder
¼ cup of raw honey/agave
¼ cup of peanut butter
¼ cup of espresso coffee
¼ cup of raisins
¼ cup of goji berries
Method
This is so straight forward I’m not
even going to number the steps, put everything in the bowl, mix thoroughly, add
more coffee/oats if too dry or too wet and then line a baking tray with foil
and then press this into tray making sure its all very compact and dense. Place in freezer to chill for half an hour
then take out, easily remove with foil and then slice into cubes. Top with desiccated coconut if you wish.
