Chicken
Avocado
Chilli sauce
Spicy Seasoning
Method
1. Slice and brown your chicken in a
pan in a little rapeseed oil and some spicy seasoning (chilli, garlic, ginger,
paprika, coriander, cumin powder, salt, cayenne pepper mix)
2. Add all the veg and a couple of tbsp
of water and sautéed until veg is soft.
3. Add some extra virgin olive oil and
chilli sauce and serve with sliced avocado.
So quick and tasty!
