I have been asked a lot for recipes for
my salads but usually I just chuck in whatever I have in the fridge veg wise
and then some form of protein. I often
cook extra veg for dinner the night before then add some to lunch the next day
to add a bit of variety.
Always add lots of different veg so you
have different textures and flavours and don’t just use leaves as this will
never fill you up and gets boring! Always add some lean protein as this is what
fills you up and keeps you fuller for longer!
Here are some examples to help give you
some ideas…
