Ingredients
Large iceberg lettuce
Pre cooked chicken (I had some lemon and herb
chicken already cooked)
Premade salsa (recipe on previous post)
Cottage cheese
Method
1. Carefuly peel off lettuce trying to keep the
leave whole
2. I doubled up and used 2 leaves to help filling
stay in.
3. Make up like you would a wrap with chicken,
salsa and cottage cheese then carefully roll and use cocktail stick to hold together.
You can mix up the fillings with whatever you happen to have left over in your
fridge!
